Coffee machine
During my internship at aroma:id in Frankfurt, I got to work on the design of this coffee machine. Its shape is built from simple geometric lines and muted colors so it fits into a modern kitchen, and the controls come down to a small display, with a well-organized drip tray below.
Just as important as the look was that the machine is easy to use every day.
3D Visualization
I did the visualization and rendering in KeyShot, simulating realistic materials and lighting and also showing the different production processes. Working this way let me go into a lot of detail on the design and create renderings that show how the machine is used.
This project showed me how much a product depends on getting looks and usability to work together, and it gave me a lot of hands-on experience in product design and 3D visualization.
